Nugget is a very correct foundation bred filly foaled March 10, 2008.  Her sire, Three Bars O Lena (Q3656873), is bloodline of Doc O Lena (AQHA Q0493297) who is one of only two horses in the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame with both parents also inductees.  He is NCHA OPEN FUTURITY CHAMPION, 
Winning all 4 go-rounds with NCHA earnings of $21,992.  He sired a Record 36 NCHA Futurity Finalists.  His Equi-Stat Offspring LTE CUT earnings are $14,195,164.  Doc O Lena is a son of Doc Bar (AQHA Q76136), one of the most influential stallions in cutting history.

Nugget is registered as an APHA breeding stock solid, but she shows all her foundation background Quarter Horse breeding characteristics being quick to learn and anxious to please.

Nugget is a very sweet and gentle filly.  She never has to be caught, always coming to you in an open pasture.  She shows no fear and is very calm.  She will be a joy to train.  She does everything I ask of her.  I'd say she's a “one” on the "calmness" scale!
