The Seller will take the Horse off the market and all ads will be labeled “SALE PENDING.”

The Seller will care for the Horse at the Seller’s expense for the weaning (approximately 5 months from birth.)

After weaning the horse will be ready for delivery to the Purchaser if apparently free of any disease or defect.

The Purchaser is given permission to have a pre-purchase examination performed by a veterinarian of the Purchaser's choice at the Purchaser's expense prior to the execution of the final Bill of Sale. In the event that the Purchaser elects not to have a veterinarian perform a pre-purchase examination of the Horse, the Purchaser waives any and all rights, claims or causes of action against the Seller for any patent or latent defects pertaining to the Horse

The deposit is refundable if the Seller cannot meet the requirements described herein.  It is not refundable under any other circumstances.
