The Seller warrants that (1) the Seller is the legal owner of the Horse; (2) the Horse is free from all liens and encumbrances; (3) the Seller has the right to sell the Horse; and (4) the Seller will warrant and defend the title of the Horse against any and all claims and demands of all persons.

The Seller expressly disclaims all expressed or implied warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Seller makes the following guarantees: (1) The Horse is apparently free of any disease or defect (2) The Horse can be haltered and led (3) The Horse is fully weaned off the mare. (4) The Horse has a current, negative, Coggins test.

Sale is final. No refund will be granted under any circumstances with the exception of the discovery of a health issue or the death of the animal prior to delivery.
